Do you conduct review?

Personally, I like to do review.
This is because we're rushing everyday, first thing in the morning, we rush to get ready and then going to work. Then we start working on deadlines and finishing all emails that come with requests and so on. After work, we go home and have dinner then unwind a bit and go back to bed.
Life has become a routine.

As for me, I like to sit down and ask myself 'What have i done for da past one week?'
Did I do it correctly?
Did I miss out any friends that I will like to meet?
Have I been a good wife to my husband?
Did I say anything that have hurt someone's feelings? oh must repent, repent...

In short, I like to reflect things that I've done.
I remember I used to lie down on the bed last time, recalling what i've done thru out the day to unwind myself before I sleep.
Now, I just can't wait to sleep and rest. I'm mentally and physically tired after work on weekdays. And i like to take naps on weekends.

The reason I review my personal life because I wanna be a better person. I just wanna seek improvement and advice.

Oh yea, Tengku Mahkota claimed that I always call him at the wrong timing especially when he's really busy drafting an email or super power focusing on his work. My timing is a lil out. Hence, i shall improve on that.

So, do you review your personal conduct?

Penang trip

This is what we do when we get back to Penang. The 2 mothers will catch up. Tengku Muda and Princess Joyce will watch TV. Can u see what Kapitan Yap doing? he's reading newspaper. Andrew will catch up with his sleep on my bed. And me? catch up with work on a saturday afternoon.
Going to penang will be meaningless without food. We went to Tengku Muda's fav seafood store near seaside. the price is reasonable. We waited for 40 mins for the food to come.

Serving Him

I've been praying hard very hard these couple days due to Tengku Mahkota’s works. I came to realize nothing is impossible as long as we continue to look up to our Abba Father. I just want to grow closer with Him and serve Him.

On my last trip to Penang, I was very surprised to see my beloved sister in Christ, Ruth, turned up in the church for 1st service.

I was excited because I haven’t seen her for ages. Then I asked ‘Where’s your son? Benjamin?’
Guess what she said ?
‘No, I just came in to “catch” two persons, I’m going home and then coming back to church to attend 2nd service’

This incident has stroke me that we must serve God as long as we can.

Ruth, who is 6 months pregnant, never ceased to serve Him. She purposely got up early just to pass some papers on church matters to church mates. I came to realize “God never stopped watching over us, protect us. Why do we want to choose our own sweet time to serve Him only when we’re free?”
I shared this with Andrew again and again because of this incident.

I pray that I can serve Him as long as I can. Going to Sunday school on every Sunday has become our habit. It has registered into our mind that we must get up by 8.10am every Sunday. The only day that we can rest is Saturday when we can sleep till 9am. Again, I also noticed Ruth also plays the piano in the church and another ex-housemate of mine in Penang started to worship lead again after delivering the baby. These women are so committed to God and they set good examples to young women like me. And mind you, they're not old. They're around my age as well.

Thanks to our photographer, I love these shots!

Drafting an alert

Location: xxx Medical Center

Time: 5.36pm

Being a research analyst, I write alerts pretty often.
Now, sitting in Tengku Mahkota's office and i'm drafting an alert.
he's in the trauma installing some equipments.
He has been very disappointed with his co-workers lately and he has decided not to rely on them anymore. Instead, he would prefer to come into medical center to install the equipments for the nurse on Saturday. Being a follower, I brought my work along.

What a saturday

Holidays

I wish i could have a holidays now.

I miss holidays so dearly.

I miss pangkor laut resort.

I just want to get out from KL city and I don't have to remind myself on certain deadlines and backlogs.
